Can I reserve a date right now?

Dates are confirmed once in-app booking goes live. For now, save the venue and send an enquiry — we'll share your preferred dates with the venue and notify you the moment booking opens.

How far in advance will I be able to book a venue?

Most venues take bookings several months ahead, and premium spaces often a year or more. You'll see each venue's booking window in the app at launch; early enquiries help you register interest in the meantime.

Every venue goes through a hands-on verification process. Our team reviews ownership details, checks amenities and confirms the space meets our quality bar before it's listed, so what you see is what you get.

What types of venues are available on Skyshots?

Skyshots spans rooftops, lawns and gardens, banquet halls, heritage properties, studios, farmhouses, beachfront spaces and conference venues. You can filter by type, capacity, price range, event and amenities to narrow things down fast.

Are the venue photos accurate?

Yes. We work to keep venue photos recent and representative of the real space, so you can shortlist with confidence before you ever visit or enquire.

What payment methods will Skyshots accept?

When in-app booking launches you'll be able to pay securely via credit and debit cards, net banking, UPI, wallets and EMI through certified gateway partners. Nothing is charged while you browse or send an enquiry.

How will refunds work?

Refunds will follow each venue's cancellation policy, shown clearly before you confirm a booking in the app. Eligible refunds return to your original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.

What is SkyMoney and how will it work?

SkyMoney is our upcoming rewards currency. You will earn points on app bookings to redeem against future ones — 1 SkyMoney point equals ₹1, valid for 12 months — and it goes live alongside in-app booking.

Tap the heart on any venue to add it to your saved list. It's stored on your device, no sign-up needed, and will carry over when accounts launch in the app.

Can I list a venue and browse venues with one identity?

Yes. List a space from 'Add your venue', and the same person can browse and (soon) book venues — one Skyshots identity for both when accounts go live.

How does Skyshots protect my personal information?

We use industry-standard security — encryption in transit, secure infrastructure and regular reviews — and only collect the information we need to notify you and improve the product.

Are my payment details secure?
